CCS helps create cleaner, healthier spaces in the communities we deliver our services. We have an immediate opening for a Site Supervisor at one of our facilities in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will oversee a team of janitorial staff, ensuring high-quality cleaning services are delivered while maintaining our standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Position Details: This position is Monday to Friday 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm (or as otherwise scheduled). Pay rate: $22.00 per hour. Why work for CCS? • Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits’ package including health, vision, dental and life insurance • Certified Training Programs • Opportunities for growth, development and internal promotion • We work hard to bring people on board that are self-motivated, driven, and inspired by the mission and values we carry As a site supervisor, your duties may include… • Ensure that the client receives exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives, responding to service quality issues on a timely basis and promoting a service-oriented culture • Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in accordance with contract requirements, ensuring the efficient delivery of services • Promote a healthy & safe work environment by ensuring that all CCS employees follow safe operating policies and procedures • Provide support with the training of new employees • Ordering of supplies, tools & equipment and management of a preventative maintenance program • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met • Support with cleaning duties • Manage communication with radio • Other duties as reasonably required from time to time What do I need? • Minimum of two year’s experience working within the facility services industry in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment and machinery • Demonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skills • Ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools • Police Background Check Physical Requirements • Lift up to 40 pounds • Stand and/or walk throughout the duration of the shift • Able to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, climb stairs • Operate equipment when required Commercial Cleaning Services recognizes that strength as an organization comes from inclusion and diversity.
