Responsibilities
1. Site
Inspections & Project Assessment
• Conduct site visits and technical inspections.
• Record quantities and assess project requirements
• Participate in the preparation of work methodologies and site organization plans.
• Evaluate operational challenges and propose practical solutions.

2. Project Costing & Planning
• Prepare cost estimates for asbestos removal projects.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
•
3. Site Supervision & Project Execution
• Supervise asbestos removal works and field operations.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure proper implementation of approved work procedures.
•
4. Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Promote a strong safety culture across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company procedures regarding asbestos handling and removal.
Requirements
Professional Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, project management, project
• costing, or field engineering roles.
• Experience in construction, industrial, environmental, demolition, remediation, or infrastructure projects will be considered an asset.
• Experience
• in work-at-height operations and the use of construction
• machinery/equipment will be highly appreciated.
Academic Background & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (University or Technological Institution) in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Additional HSE or project management certifications will be considered an advantage.

Languages & Technical Capabilities
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license.
