About the Company . About the Role We are seeking a qualified Site Pool Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and hands-on experience managing all phases of pool construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all swimming pool construction activities on-site from excavation to final handover. Oversee reinforced concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, finishing, and pool equipment installation. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to swimming pool works. Monitor the installation and testing of pool filtration, circulation, drainage, and water treatment systems. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag list reviews to ensure compliance with project standards. Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project management on site activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Pool Engineer or in a similar role. Hands-on experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction is a must , including: Reinforced concrete works Waterproofing systems Pool tiling and finishing Pool mechanical systems and equipment Testing, commissioning, and handover Strong knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and quality control procedures. Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
