Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented  Site Operations Specialist  to support our  Bangalore  office and local employees. This role is a critical operational partner for the local team and acts as the bridge between employees, vendors, local leadership, and global HR and Operations teams. The position combines office operations, employee support, HR coordination, vendor management, onboarding support, workplace experience, and general site administration. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving international  team  environment.  This role reports to the Chief People Officer, joining Global Operations and HR teams, while closely partnering with the local  Bangalore  leadership team to support employees and office operations . Location : • B angalore , India  ( Hybrid; 3-4 days in office/wk ) What  You’ll  Do: Office & Workplace Operations • Manage day-to-day office operations for  the Bangalore  location • Coordinate with building management, office vendors, suppliers, and service providers • Ensure the office environment is functional, organized, safe, and employee-friendly • Support workplace  logistics , seating, access cards, office supplies, equipment, and local office needs • Coordinate local events, team activities, and office initiatives Employee & HR Support • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for local employees • Support employee engagement, communication, recognition, and culture-building initiatives within  the Bangalore  office • Partner closely with the global HR team on employee lifecycle activities and support local employer branding activities and employee experience initiatives • Act as a local point of contact for employee questions and day-to-day support • Coordinate HR administrative processes and documentation • Assist  managers and employees with basic HR guidance and coordination • When needed, coordinate relationships with local universities, educational institutions, and professional communities to support HYCU's visibility • Support local employee events, community initiatives, volunteering activities, and office culture programs • Collaborate with global HR and local leadership to help position HYCU as an employer of choice within  the Bangalore  technology market Operations & Coordination • Coordinate with global Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and Admin teams • Support local IT coordination and office equipment management together with global IT teams and vendors • Maintain vendor relationships, invoices, records, and operational documentation • Help ensure compliance with local office processes and company policies • Support travel,  logistics , and operational coordination when needed What  We’re  Looking For: • 3–7 years of experience in office operations, HR operations, administration, workplace operations, or similar roles • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities  at once • Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving approach • Comfortable working in a fast-paced international team environment • Experience supporting employees and cross-functional teams • Proficiency  with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • Experience working in a global or multinational organization It’s Great if You Have • Experience  working  in a  SaaS , startup, or global technology compan y • Exposure to HR processes and employee lifecycle support • Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers Attributes of a Successful  HYCUer  in this role: • Self-starter and strategic thinker who  thinks outside the box • Takes  responsibility and ownership for driving successful outcomes.  You’re  results-driven with a winning attitude • Team player!
