We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our Widnes biomass fuel production site. You will have full responsibility for health & safety, environmental compliance, operational performance and site budgets, overseeing feedstock acceptance, stock management and fuel production. Leading the on‑site team, you’ll embed a strong safety‑first culture while driving performance across production, quality, maintenance coordination and housekeeping. You’ll also manage the operational relationship with the fuel offtake customer, ensuring specifications and service levels are consistently met. Proven experience in biomass fuel production, waste wood processing or similar industrial operations with a strong background in H&S and regulated environments is essential. Experience in an outsourced or contracted O&M environment is desirable.
