Your tasks • You will have overall responsibility for our production facility in Trollhättan, which currently has around 15 employees, • You will ensure that all technical and commercial matters are planned, implemented and monitored in accordance with the management’s specifications and legal requirements, • You maintain personal contact with employees, external service providers, authorities and management, • You lead and motivate your employees. Your profile • You have successfully completed a technical degree and also have commercial knowledge, • You have several years of professional experience as a manager, • Ideally, you have knowledge of photonics or crystal growing, • You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office, • Your strengths include organisational talent, the ability to work in a team and a structured way of working, • You are business fluent in written and spoken English.
