Site Manager Electrics (m/f/d) ARDELT KRANBAU GmbH is an international manufacturer of customized crane systems. Our innovative products are used in sea and inland ports, steelworks, shipyards and other transshipment centers worldwide. To strengthen our team at the Eberswalde site , we are looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect. Your tasks Your profile • Preparation of electrical assembly based on drawings, parts lists, technological documents, assembly instructions, individual contracts with subcontractors and external companies • Setting up the assembly area and temporary storage of the components in accordance with local conditions. Execution and monitoring of the end position activity for truck or ship delivery • Independent execution and supervision of complex assembly work in all areas as well as repairs on large construction sites at home and abroad, if necessary, independent problem solving in coordination with the assembly management • Coordination of assembly work during the entire construction phase • Carrying out pre-commissioning (lighting and electrical circuits, etc.) • Troubleshooting on components and assemblies • Supervision of commissioning and instruction of crane personnel • Clearing of the construction site with return of the assembly equipment Your profile • Successfully completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics engineer or comparable training • Good knowledge in dealing with technical documents • Confident handling of MS Office applications and experience in dealing with merchandise management systems • Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage (e.g. Russian) • Willingness to travel worldwide, suitable for altitude • Good comprehension and structured way of working • Ability to communicate, cooperate and work in a team, independent working style, ability to work under pressure, commitment and flexibility Our offer • A permanent employment • Attractive remuneration according to IG Metall tariff (Berlin/Brandenburg) • Vacation and Christmas bonus • 35-hour week (full-time) • 30 days vacation per year • Family-friendly environment with flexible working hours • Extensive and individual training with a modern workplace • Targeted training and development opportunities • Varied projects with room for your own ideas • Free parking and secure bicycle parking as well as a subsidy in the local canteen Become part of our team and shape the future of crane construction with us!
