SITE MANAGER – WIDNES
£50k–£55k salary
40-hour contracted week with flexibility around operational needs

ABOUT THE CLIENT
Due to continued growth and internal movement, we’re supporting a leading organisation within the renewable energy and waste processing sector in the search for a Site Manager to lead operations across their Widnes facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving standards, and leading from the front within a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.

THE ROLE
– Lead daily site operations across production and maintenance coordination
– Drive HSE performance, Toolbox Talks and compliance activity
– Manage environmental standards, audits and reporting
– Monitor KPIs across production, safety and financial performance
– Lead supervisors, team leaders and operational staff
– Drive continuous improvement across site operations
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
– Experience within manufacturing, production, recycling, biomass or industrial operations
– Strong people management and leadership skills
– Experience within compliance-heavy environments
– Confident handling investigations and performance management
– Strong HSE awareness
– IOSH preferred
– COTC/WAMITAB beneficial but can be supported post-join
