Air Products is seeking a Site Manager for our Mooreland, OK facility who leads with a safety-first mindset, fosters a culture of accountability, and delivers exceptional operational performance. This role is responsible for overseeing site operations, developing and supporting frontline teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the West Area Manager, Industrial Gases South Region, the Site Manager is responsible for all aspects of plant operations, including safety, environmental compliance, employee development, maintenance, reliability, asset management, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills Provide strong leadership, direction, and structure for site operations and personnel. Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards to protect employees, the community, and the environment. Working knowledge of the Environmental Management of Change (EMOC) process. Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Direct and monitor facility operations to safely and efficiently meet customer requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational best practices. Drive reliability, productivity, and operational excellence across the facility. Manage maintenance activities, asset reliability programs, and capital project execution. Develop, coach, and motivate employees while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Effectively resolve personnel issues and support workforce development initiatives. Maintain strong customer relationships through operational reliability and effective communication. Build and sustain positive relationships with community representatives and stakeholders. Manage site budgets, labor costs, and other operational cost centers. Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Minimum Hiring Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 years of industrial operations, manufacturing, plant operations, or distribution experience. Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment. Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) excellence. Experience managing plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs. Proven leadership, team-building, and employee development skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, regulatory agencies, contractors, and community leaders. Experience managing assets, budgets, and operational cost centers. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
