Description
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the assigned site team. Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members according to project priorities. Ensure that work is executed according to approved drawings, instructions, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily productivity and progress and report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Follow up on material requirements and communicate shortages or delays to the responsible team. Ensure that tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and efficiently. Maintain discipline and professional conduct within the assigned team. Assist in resolving day-to-day site problems and escalate technical issues when necessary. Support project activities during snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover. Ensure that assigned activities are completed within the required timeframe and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in *Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field* is preferred. 3–7 years of relevant experience* in construction, fit-out, interior works, or a related field. Previous experience supervising construction or fit-out teams is highly preferred. Strong practical knowledge of construction and site activities. Ability to understand and follow architectural, civil, or MEP drawings relevant to the assigned work. Experience coordinating workers, subcontractors, and different site trades.
