Description
Responsibilities · The Site Design Specialist ensures site design activities meet customer needs and are in line with Nokia standards and guidelines as well as local regulations. · Responsible for all technical aspects (EG permit and construction drawings, static / foundation calculations, soil reports, etc.), all drawing approval procedures, and design-related acceptances. · Enables site design according to customer’s, Nokia’s standards and guidelines and local regulations. · Ensures site design activities meet project and local requirements. · Responsible for all technical aspects regarding permit drawings, construction drawings, static calculations, foundation calculations / studies, soil reports, land surveys, all drawing approval procedures. · Responsible for all design-related acceptances. · Cooperates with all departments. Localizes global design guidelines according to country specific rules and regulations Knowledge & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 3–6 years of experience in telecom site design or infrastructure design projects. · Proven experience in end-to-end site design activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, Nokia standards, and local regulatory frameworks. · Strong technical expertise in preparing and reviewing permit drawings, construction drawings, structural and foundation calculations, soil reports, and land surveys. · Experience managing drawing approval processes and ensuring all design deliverables meet required standards and regulatory requirements. · Strong knowledge of telecom site engineering principles, including structural design, civil works, and site build requirements. · Ability to ensure site designs are aligned with project specifications, local regulations, and customer expectations.
