Description
Responsibilities • Accountable that site design meet project & local requirements, being most competitive solution, Responsible for alignment with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper technical designed solution. • Accountable & Responsible for all technical aspects regarding permit drawings, construction drawings, static calculations, foundation calculations / studies, soil reports, land surveys, all drawing approval procedures needed for other project activities. • Accountable that Site engineering is performed according to Nokia standards • Responsible for support of PM and ROM in project preparation & planning, by providing site design guidelines and specification, and in project execution phase for all site design topics • Responsible for all site design-related aspects • Accountable for training content and responsible for execution in site design area for int/ext team members • Monitors and controls Site Design being implemented against defined models Knowledge & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Architecture, or related field with 3–6 years of experience in telecom site design or infrastructure design projects. • Proven experience in end-to-end site design activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, Nokia standards, and local regulatory frameworks. • Strong technical expertise in preparing and reviewing permit drawings, construction drawings, structural and foundation calculations, soil reports, and land surveys. • Experience managing drawing approval processes and ensuring all design deliverables meet required standards and regulatory requirements. • Strong knowledge of telecom site engineering principles, including structural design, civil works, and site build requirements. • Ability to ensure site designs are aligned with project specifications, local regulations, and customer expectations.
