Description
AA Euro Group is seeking a Site Admin on behalf of a well-established main contractor, delivering high end residential and mixed-use developments across Dublin and the surrounding areas. The Site Administrator will provide administrative support to the site management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of project documentation, reporting, and communication processes on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating site paperwork, and supporting compliance procedures across multiple live projects.
Previous experience in a construction based environment is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide full administrative support to Project Managers, Site Managers, and Engineers
• Maintain and manage site documentation, drawings, registers, and filing systems
• Coordinate induction records, training records, and site attendance logs
• Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence
• Manage document control processes using internal systems and software platforms
• Track delivery dockets, invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office teams as required
• Ensure health & safety documentation is up to date and correctly filed
• Support the coordination of site meetings and maintain accurate records
• Handle general office duties including phone calls, emails, and diary management
• Assist with compiling handover and completion documentation
Requirements
• Previous experience in a Site Administrator, Document Controller, or Construction Administrator role
• Experience working within construction, engineering, or property development environments preferred
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience using document control systems is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy site team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
