What are we looking for? In these roles you will be supporting our clients and internal business teams in the ongoing management of reinsurance treaties. You will combine analytical thinking, data interpretation and problem-solving with regular collaboration across the business. Candidates should have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Excel skills SQL knowledge and experience working with large datasets An interest in data analysis and interpreting results Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex information Python programming experience would be advantageous but is not essential An interest in developing technical skills and applying them to improve business processes We welcome candidates from a range of degree backgrounds who have developed these skills through university modules, previous work experience, personal projects, online learning or self-directed study.
