Adventure Tours is hiring Shuttle Bus Operators for high-profile routes serving Washington, D.C. clients, including government contracts. If you have a CDL B with Passenger Endorsement and are ready to make a difference, this opportunity is for you! What We Offer: · $26.15/HR – Competitive hourly pay · Health, Dental & Vision Insurance · PTO + Floating Holidays · 401(k) Retirement Plan · Career Advancement & Training Opportunities · Flexible Shifts Your Responsibilities: · Operate minibuses safely along scheduled Washington, D.C. routes · Provide courteous and professional service to passengers · Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections · Keep accurate logs of trips, incidents, and passenger records · Communicate with dispatch and respond to delays or issues · Assist passengers during boarding/deboarding and address inquiries · Attend regular safety meetings and follow all regulations What You’ll Need: · CDL B with Passenger Endorsement · Valid DOT Medical Card · 2+ years of commercial driving experience (minibus preferred) · Clean driving record · Ability to pass a federal background check (government clearance required) · Excellent customer service and communication skills · Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays If you live in the DC Metro area and want to be part of a company that values hard work and commitment, we encourage you to apply today!
