Summary
The Showroom Administrator provides administrative support to ensure showroom operations comply with company procedures and that clients receive exceptional service. The role manages stock control, end of day paperwork, banking tasks, and client enquiries while maintaining high standards of presentation and housekeeping. Strong organizational skills and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential to support the showroom team.
Responsibilities
• Maintain all showroom administration in line with company procedures
• Manage internal stock and repair systems and ensure adherence to audit and security procedures
• Complete end of day paperwork, banking and related documentation
• Handle enquiries and orders efficiently, including answering and directing telephone enquiries
• Support visual merchandising and ensure quality housekeeping and showroom setup
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and assist colleagues as part of the showroom team
