Custom Shower Glass Installer Location: Idaho Falls Company: Cherry Glass & Aluminum • Serving Eastern Idaho & Western Wyoming Since 1968 Join a Team That Takes Pride in Quality Craftsmanship Cherry Glass & Aluminum is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Custom Shower Glass Installer to join our growing team in Idaho Falls. We are a multi-generational local company with decades of experience providing residential and commercial glass solutions throughout Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming. This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with real-world experience measuring and installing custom shower glass systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Core Responsibilities • Measure custom shower openings accurately for fabrication • Install frameless and framed shower glass systems • Interpret drawings, layouts, and installation requirements • Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members • Ensure installations are level, watertight, clean, and completed with attention to detail • Safely transport and handle glass materials • Troubleshoot field conditions and installation challenges • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles • Represent Cherry Glass & Aluminum professionally on job sites Required Qualifications • Previous experience installing custom shower glass systems • Experience accurately measuring shower openings • Strong understanding of shower hardware and installation methods • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy glass safely • Strong work ethic and reliability • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bonus Qualifications • Experience designing or laying out custom shower systems • Knowledge of mirrors, residential glass, or storefront systems • Experience reading blueprints or shop drawings • Construction or finish carpentry background • Customer service experience Why Eastern Idaho?
