We are looking for a great retail manager to lead the team at our popular charity shop on South Street, Bridport, on a six month contract No two days are the same in our shops, so you’ll need to be friendly, confident, and willing to take a hands on approach in everything from outstanding customer service though to ensuring the shop floor is well presented and welcoming. Everyone who comes through the door, whether it’s to shop or donate goods, should have a positive experience so that they’ll make Weldmar their charity shop of choice in future. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop’s daily operations, including managing a team of staff and volunteers. You’ll monitor sales, implement strategies for improvement, and ensure high standards of customer service and shop presentation. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
