Job Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will play a crucial role in our Finishing and Traffic areas by distributing materials, performing daily pickup and delivery runs, and loading trucks with precision and care. Basic Qualifications: • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED/HiSET is required. • Valid driver’s license and a copy of your driving record. • Ability to obtain a DOT medical card to drive company vehicles. • Valid lift operator's license or willingness to be trained. • Basic verbal and written communication skills. • Commitment to performing work productively and safely. • Reliability and good attendance are required. • Availability to work overtime as needed. • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently. • Continuous standing, alongside frequent walking and stooping. • Occasional sitting, crouching, and reaching/working overhead. • Good visual acuity and manual dexterity. • Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM - 40 hours/week. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40 hours, and you'll be eligible for a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks!
