Du skriver og snakker flytende norsk og engelsk, stort pluss med flere språkkunnskaper. Du har fylt 20 år. Du har et "hotellhjerte", brenner for amazing service og godt arbeidsmiljø. STOR fordel om du har erfaring fra Mews og Event Temple og/ eller erfaring fra resepsjonsarbeid. Proaktiv og stor interesse for hotellfaget. Du er fleksibel og håndterer travle vakter på en god måte. Du kjenner deg igjen i Strawberry sin visjon, ENERGI, MOT og BEGEISTRING DINE ARBEIDSOPPGAVER: Resepsjonsarbeid ifølge sjekkliste. Blant annet inn- og utsjekking, svare sentralbord, booking, epost og gjestehenvendelser. Administrativt arbeid som fakturering, gjennomgang av ankomstlister , booking-/prisoptimalisering. Aktivt salg. Gjennom din unike service sikre at våre gjester blir mer enn fornøyde i sitt møte med vårt hotell. ● Ha 1 ansvars uke per måned, med ansvar for bemanning ved sykdom eller endring i bemanningsbehovet.. ● Ansvar for opplæring av nyansatte og sørge for at lærlinger kommer gjennom sine faglige mål. Shiftleader skal også følge opp at nyansatte har gjennomført kurs og omvisninger på hotellet. ● Strawberry ambassadør. Til enhver tid holde seg oppdatert på medlemsfordeler og pågående kampanjer. Samt holde teamet oppdatert på endringer og nyheter for våre medlemmer. I tillegg sikre at resepsjonen oppnår sine mål hva gjelder nye medlemsskap ● Mersalg og Loopon. Shiftleader skal sammen med Supervisor og Welcome Office Manager lage aktiviteter for å hjelpe resepsjonen med å nå sine mål når det gjelder både mersalg og Loopon. ● Shiftleader blir en stedfortreder for Supervisor ved ferieavvikling, spesielt i sommersesong. Dette avtales med resepsjonsansvarlig og tatt vurdering på ifht behov av overlapp. ● Sammen med Supervisor og WOM sørge for at rutiner blir opprettholdt av alle resepsjonister, at mailboks og telefon besvares innen kortest mulig tid. ARBEIDSTID OG TILTREDELSE: Bør helst være tilgjengelig allerede fra mars. Du må være fleksibel og ha anledning til å arbeide alle typer vakter i resepsjonen. Ønske med oppstart for opplæring allerede februar.
