Responsibilities: Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of customer service Open and/or close the restaurant following proper procedures and checklists Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to uphold Zoup's brand standards Handle cash management, POS transactions, and end-of-shift reporting Train, coach, and motivate crew members to perform at their best Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Requirements: Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail leadership role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Basic math skills and comfort handling cash and POS systems Food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus but not required Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays About Us: Zoup is a beloved fast-casual restaurant concept dedicated to serving fresh, rotating soups alongside sandwiches and salads made with quality ingredients.
