Shift Leader Pay = $12-17/hr Are you ready to join the fun, dynamic and growing team at Wharf Casual Seafood? We’re looking for hardworking and passionate individuals looking to join our team. Shift Leaders are hourly managers who get to split their time between working in the restaurant and managing the restaurant. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing all restaurant activities during shifts and ensuring team members’ performance meetings expectation, adhering to company policies, and supporting the restaurant’s overall business plan.
