CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a long-term project in Troy, NC , starting March 2026 . This opportunity is ideal for skilled tradesmen who excel in sheet metal fabrication, installation, and fieldwork, and who value safety, precision, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities: • Fabricate, install, and repair sheet metal systems, including ductwork, metal panels, and structural components. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, shop drawings, and project plans. • Use hand and power tools, press brakes, shears, welders, and fastening tools to cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components. • Ensure installations meet quality standards, align with drawings, and comply with code and safety requirements. • Work in elevated or confined spaces, handle heavy materials, and collaborate with other trades. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols. Required Skills and Experience: • Minimum 3-5 years of sheet metal fabrication/installation experience in commercial, industrial, or construction projects. • Proficient with sheet metal tools and equipment (shears, brakes, riveters, welding/fastening tools). • Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications. • Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and teamwork skills. • Comfortable working in elevated or confined spaces. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
