Description
Experience • 7–9 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customized SharePoint Online solutions throughout the full application development lifecycle. • Architect and build scalable solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Power Automate to meet business requirements. • Configure and administer SharePoint Online services, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profiles, workflows, and related Microsoft 365 capabilities. • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, interfaces, and integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and standard integration patterns. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define information architecture, develop site content frameworks, and deliver user-centric solutions. • Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing SharePoint environments while independently managing maintenance, upgrades, and support activities. • Develop technical documentation, deployment artifacts, user guides, and training materials. • Establish and promote SharePoint governance, architecture standards, security, SDLC, and change management best practices. • Evaluate business and technology requirements to recommend innovative, scalable, and sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions. Technical Skills • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Graph APIs. • Experience developing responsive web solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Node.js, and NPM. • Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, Workflow Manager, InfoPath, Sharegate, Metalogix, and SharePoint reporting tools. • Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming; experience with .NET/C# is preferred. Preferred Skills • Experience implementing and integrating Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Experience integrating third-party enterprise applications, cloud services, and AI platforms (such as Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or other AI/ML services) with SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. • Experience delivering secure, high-quality enterprise solutions following governance and industry best practices.
