Description
Prime Home is seeking shared living provider applicants to accommodate clients who will reside in your home. Client preferences Single-family home 2 SLPs living in the same home (prefer at least one male) An Extended Family Home (Shared Living Provider) opens their home for an individual with a disability. This position requires an open bedroom and the ability to help care for an individual with a disability. The goal of this service is to encourage and teach skill development so the individual can be as independent as possible. This client’s needs are high-risk behavior, high risk with elopement and self-harm; therefore, restrictions and safeguards are in place accordingly. This subcontracting position is a work-from-home role, where you provide care and support to a person in your own home, as well as offer transportation as needed. This position requires a desire to make a difference in an individual's life. Prime Home is here to assist and support you in the process and follow all State Regulation. SLPs are paid anywhere between $36,000-$105,000 per year, depending on the individual’s funding received from the state. This is Tax-Free Money, as it is a protected income by law. Potential management of behavioral issues such as aggression, property destruction, etc. The application and approval process is comprehensive and depends on several factors, including: • Accuracy and completeness of application materials • Completion of both phone and in-person interviews • In-home walkthrough where services will be provided • Required background checks (initial and annual) for: • Provider • Alternate caregivers • All non-provider household members age 13 and older Background checks include: • Criminal history • APS/CPS registries • Sex offender registries • Completion of all required training (provided by Prime Home) • Proof of: • Valid auto insurance • Homeowners or renters insurance Apply today to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
