As a valued member of our SET team, you'll step in to   provide essential support   when it’s needed most, ensuring our clients receive reliable and responsive care. Key Responsibilities: On-Call Coverage: • Be available   6:00 AM - 11:00 PM   on your selected weekday (from available options). • Participate in an   on-call rotation every 5th weekend   to cover any last-minute call-offs. • 2 holidays Personal Care & Assistance: • Help clients with   bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting , ensuring dignity and comfort. • Assist with   mobility support , including transfers, walking, and repositioning. Health & Wellness Monitoring: • Provide   medication reminders   and report any health concerns. • Monitor and document   changes in the client’s physical and mental condition . Household Support & Companionship: • Perform   light housekeeping , including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. • Offer   emotional support and companionship   to enhance clients’ overall well-being. • Ensure a   safe home environment   by identifying and addressing potential hazards. Accurate Documentation & Communication: • Maintain detailed records of   care provided, client condition changes, and any incidents   during shifts. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Qualifications: • Strong   interpersonal and communication   skills. • Ability to   adapt to changing client needs   and follow individualized care plans. • Basic knowledge of   medical procedures and terminology . • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving. Physical & Other Requirements: • Ability to   lift, move, and assist clients   as needed. • Valid   driver’s license   and   reliable transportation   (if required for travel). • Ability to pass a   background check   (as applicable). Preferred Experience & Certifications: • 1+ year of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA   (Required). • HHA or CNA license   (Required). • Driver’s License & Auto Insurance   (Required). • CPR Certification   (Preferred).
