Start date: ASAP The Stirling Albion Foundation are recruiting reliable and enthusiastic sessional staff to deliver community based Football programmes within the area of Stirling. The Organisation The Stirling Albion Foundation, SC050870 was established in March 2021 and from 1 September 2023 has come to an agreement with Stirling Albion FC that all community activity on behalf of the Stirling Albion FC would transfer to the Foundation. The aspirations of the board of trustees are to ensure the charity is at the heart of the local community increasing participation in sporting activities for people of all ages and working with key stakeholders to address local social issues. Job Role and Tasks • To plan and deliver high quality coaching sessions to various groups. • Create a safe, fun and positive environment for all participants. • Complete accurate registers using our online registration platform. • To conduct yourself as a role model for everyone you meet whilst representing Stirling Albion Foundation • To raise the profile and importance of participation in sport by promoting the values, vision and objectives of Stirling Albion Foundation. • To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by relevant activities, facilities and/or equipment. • To have knowledge of relevant policies and examples of best practice. • To attend coach in-service days as required. • To take responsibility for the care of all relevant training equipment and kit. Essential skills/ experience • Qualified to a minimum SFA level 1.2 Licence • Valid First Aid Certificate • Relative Coaching Experience • Willingness and desire to work with various age groups • Must possess Full UK Driving Licence • Clean PVG • Flexible working hours (evenings and weekends) Further Information Offers of employment will be made once satisfactory reference checks and recruitment processes have been conducted.
