We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst with hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support successful ServiceNow SPM implementations. Requirements 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including at least 3 years with ServiceNow. Strong functional expertise in ServiceNow SPM, including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Strategic Planning, Financial Management, Scenario Planning, Roadmaps, Goals & Objectives, and Portfolio Management. Experience leading discovery workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Ability to work closely with architects and developers, support solution design, UAT, and stakeholder presentations. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging business and executive stakeholders. ServiceNow SPM implementation experience is mandatory. CSA and CIS-SPM certifications are highly preferred.
