Overview
Enterprise organisation seeking ITAM Consultant to implement asset lifecycle management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM/SAM as applicable)
Define and document asset lifecycle processes aligned to enterprise standards
Integrate ITAM with CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and process adherence
Support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across the organisation
Required Experience
3–5 years’ hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM
Strong knowledge of CMDB design, relationships, and data governance
Solid experience with ServiceNow Discovery
Proven background working in large enterprise environments
Preferred Experience
CIS-ITAM certification (or equivalent ServiceNow certification)
