Linking Humans is partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to join a growing Employee Experience practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) transformation programmes within the UK public sector, helping organisations modernise HR services and deliver exceptional employee experiences. This is a functional consulting and business analysis role rather than a hands-on development position. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and programme leadership to shape HR transformation initiatives from discovery through to delivery. The Role As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering enterprise HR transformation programmes, acting as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You’ll be responsible for: • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements. • Mapping current and future-state HR processes. • Designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions that improve employee experience and HR service delivery. • Facilitating client workshops and requirements gathering sessions. • Producing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and process documentation. • Working closely with architects, developers, testers and change teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Supporting solution demonstrations, design reviews and customer playback sessions. • Advising clients on HR transformation strategies, ServiceNow roadmaps and platform capabilities. • Supporting proposals, RFPs, RFIs and client presentations. What We’re Looking For We’re interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following ServiceNow HRSD capabilities: • HR Case Management • Employee Centre • HR Knowledge Management • HR Service Catalogue • Employee Journeys • Lifecycle Events • Workspaces • Flow Designer • AI-powered HR capabilities • Employee Experience You’ll also have: • Proven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD projects. • Strong understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle. • Experience working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or HRSD Consultant. • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. • Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live and hypercare. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. • Experience supporting bids, proposals or pre-sales activities would be advantageous. Location Due to the nature of the work, applicants must hold SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it. This typically requires continuous UK residency for the previous five years and meeting the relevant government security clearance criteria.
