Overview Large enterprise is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant to support hardware lifecycle automation initiatives across Europe. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement ServiceNow HAM Design and optimise hardware lifecycle management processes Integrate HAM with CMDB and ITSM modules Design and deliver reporting and dashboarding solutions Required Experience 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow HAM experience Strong CMDB knowledge and integration experience Experience delivering multi-country rollouts Preferred Experience ServiceNow CIS – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) Certification
