Day to Day
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows within ServiceNow
Configure and customize modules such as:
Incident Management
Change Management
Service Catalog
Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms
Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especially Ansible Automation Platform for automated provisioning and remediation
Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate operational processes
Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards
Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations
