The Role
This is a hands-on development role focused on enhancing customer platforms and experiences on ServiceNow. You will combine project delivery with foundational platform work, with a particular emphasis on Virtual Agent and RPA-driven automation. It offers real scope to grow your skills while shaping how the business and its clients get value from the platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows
• Translate stakeholder needs into effective, well-built technical solutions
• Configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to improve the customer experience
• Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
• Monitor and optimise platform performance for reliability and responsiveness
• Collaborate with internal technology and automation teams to deliver shared goals
What We’re Looking For
Essential
• Hands-on experience developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
• Strong JavaScript programming skills
• A working understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes
• A problem-solving, analytical mindset and a willingness to keep learning
• Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires continuous UK residency for the last 5 years
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Virtual Agent
• Experience integrating RPA tools with ServiceNow
• Exposure to automation development and workflow optimisation
