Role Overview As a ServiceNow Developer at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design & Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes. Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Requirements Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting. Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Benefits Contractor scheme. 100% remote.
