Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer (Remediation & Testing) to join our team and support ServiceNow transformation, remediation, and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform remediation activities, defect resolution, and testing to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations. Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations. Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Support ServiceNow upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
