ServiceNow Business Analyst
We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to act as the bridge between business users and technical teams on a growing platform roadmap.
Key responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements
Run workshops with stakeholders
Translate needs into user stories and functional requirements
Support testing, UAT, and rollout preparation
