Description
Service Transition Consultant contract role based in London, United Kingdom, with hybrid working and travel across London and Kent.
This is a hands-on Service Transition role within an MSP environment, working across two enterprise customers going through significant change.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure complex MSP services land properly, taking ownership of service transition across a greenfield, heavily regulated client going through a full separation and rebuild, as well as an existing enterprise customer expanding services and transitioning from an incumbent provider.
The role involves owning end-to-end service transition across multiple clients, planning and driving transition activity, managing timelines, risks and dependencies, acting as the face of transition with senior stakeholders, aligning services and delivery models, and working closely with delivery, engineering and MSP leadership teams.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering MSP service transitions at enterprise scale, strong Microsoft environment understanding, practical ITIL knowledge, stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in change, ambiguity and complex environments.
This role would suit a Service Transition Consultant or Service Transition Manager with a background in MSP or consultancy environments.
