Für den weiteren Ausbau des Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Service Techniker (m/w/d/x) in Linz. What are my responsibilities? Als Servicetechniker (m/w/d) sind Sie die technische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Geschäftseinheit „Software & Electronics“ in Linz. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf Neuinstallationen, Inbetriebnahmen sowie Service- und Wartungseinsätzen im In- und Ausland. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen: • Technischer Support im Bereich Controls, Elektronik und Steuerungstechnik an Intralogistiksystemen (Förderbänder, Sortieranlagen, Paletten- und Förderanlagen) bei unseren Kunden vor Ort in ganz Europa • Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Bedienerschulung sowie Wartung und Reparatur von Anlagen im EMEA-Raum (Schwerpunkt Deutschland und Europa) • Mitarbeit im Customer Helpdesk sowie Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften • Koordination und fachliche Anleitung externer Dienstleister mit möglicher Weiterentwicklung zum Supervisor größerer Installationsprojekte • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Organisationseinheit AT10 (Interroll Software & Electronics GmbH) • Betreuung von Kunden im südeuropäischen Raum mit Schwerpunkt auf mechanischen Serviceleistungen What do I need to qualify for this job?
