The  Service Technician   III will be a key contributor to ensuring the quality of our rental fleet is maintained throughout its rental lifespan. Working together with our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and service work on a range of vehicles in our customized rental fleet. LOCATION Onsite- Fort Worth, TX HOURS OF OPERATION Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM COMPENSATION This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of hourly pay + overtime + benefits starting day one and the opportunity for quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment RESPONSIBILITIES Perform repair, maintenance, and service work on rental fleet vehicles. Properly utilize OE diagnostic equipment Complete repair and maintenance tasks within set deadlines Understand recall and warranty information from OEMs. Utilize and read service manuals. Verify all repair and maintenance items are properly installed and complete workshop orders accurately. Aid team members in diagnostics and repairs Request your own parts and work with the parts team to ensure accuracy Understand PTR return, check-in, and QC inspection processes. Execute all quality and safety standards regarding repair and maintenance procedures. Perform electronic vehicle check-ins to capture all billable damages. Prioritize safety, quality, and customer service. Escalate judgment calls to the service lead. Work with team members and department manager to improve repair and maintenance processes. Ensure work area stays safe and clean 5S (Sort, Shine, Straighten, Standardize, Sustain): Implement and uphold 5S principles within the workspace to improve efficiency and organization. Be here. REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE 5+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical automotive, heavy truck or heavy equipment experience Maintain a good driving record and be properly licensed.  Must provide your own toolset capable of general automotive repair and diagnostics Proficiency in using a variety of hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
