We are currently looking for a Service Technical Manager - France (M/F) , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: As Service Technical Manager France , you will coordinate dealer technical support, complex diagnosis, technical training, repair quality, technical documentation, and major quality issue closure. Your mission is to ensure professional, efficient, and compliant technical operations to optimize first-time-fix rates, vehicle uptime, and dealer repair capabilities while mitigating high-voltage safety risks and technical customer complaints for GAC’s New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) in France. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1. Aftersales Technical System Setup Develop technical management rules, standard operational processes, and annual work plans aligned with GAC Europe’s aftersales strategy. Deploy repair manuals, diagnostic materials, technical bulletins, special tools, diagnostic equipment, and software accounts across French dealers. Establish dealer technical capability grading, technician certification, and continuous improvement mechanisms for EV repair and high-voltage safety. 2. Dealer Technical Support & Complex Case Escalation Serve as the key technical owner for France; coordinate dealer technical enquiries, complex faults, repeat repairs, and VOR (Vehicle Off Road) cases. Guide workshop technicians in fault reproduction, data logging, diagnosis, repair planning, and post-repair validation. Enforce case escalation rules for safety, high-voltage, traction battery, thermal runaway, braking/steering, or media-sensitive issues to GAC Europe and HQ. 3. Core NEV System & High-Voltage Management Provide hands-on technical support for traction batteries, e-motors, power electronics, thermal management, connected vehicle systems, OTA, and ADAS. Monitor dealer compliance with high-voltage isolation, insulation testing, battery removal/refitting, and end-of-life battery handling. Coordinate battery testing, repair, replacement, logistics, and technical judgment in compliance with French/EU safety and environmental regulations. 4. Technical Training & Certification Create and execute annual technical training plans covering new models, HV safety, battery diagnostics, software updates, and repair quality. Organize pre-launch technical training and aftersales readiness audits to ensure dealer staff, tools, and parts are market-ready. Track training completion, test pass rates, and repair quality metrics to refine training modules. 5. Repair Quality & Customer Issue Closure Monitor KPIs including first-time-fix rate, repeat repair rate, rework rate, case closure time, and major customer complaints. Support investigations of roadside assistance cases, vehicle downtim
