As our  Service   Superintendent ,   you will  succ essfully   drive   the service business operations for your territory   while   working in collaboration with your customer   and peers . Your mission is to   promote a positive culture surrounded by   accomplishing   safety and quality goals   to achieve customer satisfaction   and   profitable   business results . You will bring  5 + years of relevant  maintenance   expertise   as well as   supervisory experience   ideally   leading a   union represented   workforce   to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.   You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your  associates’  degree   in   a   related field   or   additional   years of experience . Variable Compensation KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive   based on achievement of company goals and individual goals   or KONE Sales Incentive   based on achievements of sales targets.
