Job Description: Job Summary Service Recovery CCR is responsible for documenting all incoming requests and approving or denying requests for reporting purposes. All requests must be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Responsibilities: Verifies documentation to ensure appropriate approval was obtained Verifies requests for accuracy. Confirms service failures. Processes credits and goodwill payments, and sends amends to external customers. Reports on all service recoveries requested by each site at the end of each month Knowledge and Skills: Performs work with minimal supervision Ability to analyze data and solve problems Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with internal customers, external customers, and vendors Ability to adhere to confidentiality guidelines concerning customer information Proficient skills in MS Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook Flexible availability to cover shift window BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have customer services universal process (preferred 3 months of experience in the CS area) Technician or university student.
