We are currently accepting CVs for the role of Service Manager in their new Community Service based in Blackrock. Successful candidate will be employed on a full time basis (37 hours per week) and manage a new community based service. As Service Manager, you will be the Person in Charge (PIC) for HIQA purposes, leading day-to-day operations, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent outcomes for the people our client supports. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage day-to-day service delivery • Ensure compliance with HIQA, safeguarding, and regulatory standards • Recruit, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams • Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning • Promote community inclusion and continuous service improvement Essential Requirements • Third-level or relevant professional qualification • Minimum 3 years’ management experience in disability, social care, or healthcare • Strong knowledge of HIQA and safeguarding • Experience leading teams and managing budgets • Excellent communication and IT skills • Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in Ireland Desirable • Experience in new service development • Knowledge of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 What's in it for you? • 25 days annual leave • Pension & sick pay scheme • Flexible working options • Employee Assistance Programme • Career progression & professional development • Cycle-to-work scheme, free parking, and more
