Service Engineer – Process Cooling / Industrial Refrigeration | Shepherd Stubbs Recruitment Service Engineer – Process Cooling / Industrial Refrigeration Reference: HS/3658 Salary: £40,000 + Benefits Location: South of England Job Type: Permanent Apply For This Position Job Description Service Engineer – Process Cooling / Industrial Refrigeration | Location: South of England (Outside M25) | Full-time | Permanent An established UK-based provider is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join its growing field service team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of cooling and refrigeration systems across diverse industry sectors, supported by a strong technical and service infrastructure. The Role You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, installing and commissioning industrial refrigeration and process cooling equipment at customer sites, delivering high standards of customer service at all times. Key Responsibilities • Attend scheduled maintenance visits and reactive breakdowns. • Install and commission new equipment. • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently. • Complete all service documentation accurately. • Liaise regularly with the service coordination team. Candidate Requirements • Experience with process cooling and water-cooled systems. • F-Gas certification (2079 or equivalent). • Ideally NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. • Full UK driving licence. • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently. • Flexible to travel across the region as required.
