Responsibilities Maintain security systems and equipment at client sites. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of security systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems and equipment. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients regarding their security solutions. Educate clients on the proper use and functionality of security systems and equipment. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
