You’ll manage schedules, optimize routes, and provide real-time support to ensure both our customers and team members have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities • Dispatch the best-suited technician to each job based on location, skillset, and opportunity • Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency and responsiveness • Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff—must enjoy being on the phone with both clients and techs • Maintain respectful and positive relationships with team members and clients • Collaborate with the Service Manager(s), Call Center Lead, and Warehouse Coordinator • Identify and escalate service issues or concerns in a timely manner • Utilize CRM software (ServiceTitan preferred) to track schedules and job details • Participate in training and development to continuously grow your skills • Support the coordination team with additional tasks as needed • Team player who’s flexible and embraces change What You Bring to the Team • 2–4 years of dispatching experience in a trades or service company preferred • Strong geographical knowledge of the Milwaukee metro area and surrounding service zones • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus) • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • A positive attitude, humility, and a drive to exceed expectations Here’s What You Can Expect When You Join Us • You’ll be part of a team that celebrates wins, supports each other through challenges, and believes in bringing your best every day. • You’ll be empowered to make decisions and be a key part of our service success. • Your role will directly impact customer satisfaction and technician performance.
