We're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team, providing first and second-level support across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who has recently completed a tertiary qualification. Some hands-on experience through study projects, internships, part-time work, or an IT support role is required.

The role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support across the business, helping our people stay connected and productive every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing first and second-level support for desktops, applications, devices, printers, phones and networks
• Logging, prioritising and resolving service desk tickets
• Troubleshooting IT issues and escalating where required
• Supporting business users with ERP and other applications
• Keeping customers informed and updated throughout the process
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT team
• Participating in an on-call roster to support the business outside standard hours

• Has a relevant tertiary qualification in IT (or is nearing completion)
• Has some practical IT experience through work, projects, internships or study
