As a   Service  Delivery   Specia list at  Ka ikaranga , you  wi ll bring your  sector  e xpertise  to a leadership role that shapes how our teams support people with disabilities and mental health needs  -  inside an organisation that's genuinely people-first. What you will be doing • Leading by example across your own caseload while supporting and  developing  the  team • Overseeing team processes, ensuring they are agile,  compliant  and fit for purpose • Being the go-to for  client  complaint s , service delivery issues, process roadblocks and training gaps within the team • Supporting  the Manager and  representing  the team with funders, providers and whānau • Collaborat e  with other teams across the organisation to ensure systems flow smoothly and key information is captured and easily accessible What you will bring • At least th ree  years  work experience in health / allied health / education and/or disability sector • Leadership and mentoring experience with a natural ability to coach others • Proven experience coordinating support for people with physical,  intellectual  or sensory needs • Strong communication  skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of people • Passionate about what you do and committed to  Kaikaranga  values • Working knowledge of  Te   Tiriti  o Waitangi and the ability to coach others in its practical application What you will get • A supportive  and  diverse team • Ongoing learning and development,  EAP  and staff benefits • A workplace that welcomes,  supports  and thrives on difference • Full time  and fle xible  work arrangements, with part of the week working from home At Kaikaranga , we  don't  just accept difference — we welcome it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our clients, and our community .    We are proud to be a diverse, equal opportunity employer.
