Service Delivery Performance Specialist
Job Description
The Service Delivery Performance Specialist is responsible for working towards service delivery performance, encompassing financial, operational performance, productivity, and solution delivery performance, working under limited supervision.
Your role :
• The role works to execute the established plans and objectives related to service & solution delivery performance improvement.
• The role implements programs aimed at enhancing performance.
• The role applies lean techniques, practical problem-solving, and Six Sigma methodologies to address and resolve problems effectively.
• The role assists in identifying areas for improvement in professional services, solution delivery, and service delivery.
• Drive and implement E2E global initiatives with cross functional teams across Service, Markets , Q&R ,R&D and other functions
• Maintain a global active interactive technical specialist’s community. Co-develop and host webinars for CT and AMI.
• Manage monthly performance Meetings for CT
• Publish a monthly CT/AMI NewsBlast.
• Manage CT Service KPI’s and Drive continuous improvements initiatives including productivity and Norms
You're the right fit if:
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as Service Delivery, Performance Management or equivalent .
• Experience working with cross functional teams on a global level.
• Experience in data analytics, excel , PowerPoint ,(Power BI -advantage)
• Experience in managing Service projects with cross functional teams on a global level.
• Product and Technical expertise with Medical Devices and service activities (CT – Advantage)
• Project Management skills; Tracking and reporting progress
• Presentation skills and knowledge sharing
• Fluency in English
Nice to have :
• Experience with medical device and regulations
Compensation & benefits
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 78.187 – 130.312 € . We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
