Description
The Indiana service center (INSC) manager will lead people and processes, overseeing the day-to-day activities of our new Indiana-based service and sales shop. The manager will direct team activities with the goal of providing top service to our customers. The ideal candidate is adept at managing changing needs and views challenges as a chance to grow. Manage operations to achieve these goals:  Promote business to grow service revenue while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs  Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify opportunities and promote offerings Increase billable hours in INSC shop year over year Make recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality  Build a culture that upholds Geoprobe® objectives with INSC team, customers  Build the service center business following the Absorption Model, including managing personnel, facilities, tools, systems, and financial reports Lead and motivate employees toward understanding and aligning with company culture and goals  Provide opportunities for employee growth through cross training, goal setting, and giving feedback Provide clear direction in everyday and challenging situations Handle time & vacation approval, hiring selections and decisions to discontinue employment.  Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality  Prioritize, multitask, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment  45+ hour work week on average  Requirements Supervisory experience  Strong customer service skills  Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail  Decisive leadership skills & problem-solving under pressure   Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both verbal and written)  Mechanical aptitude  SAP experience preferred  Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Profit Sharing Geoprobe Systems® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
